- If you can’t come to see us in one of our stores contact us with photographs of your timepiece and one of our specialists will arrange to send you some specially tailored packaging so you can securely send your timepiece for appraisal.
- Once we’ve notified you of your watches’ arrival with us, and carried out our appraisal (all recorded in High Definition) we will email you with an offer. If you are happy with this offer, we will transfer the funds immediately.
- While your watch is with us, we’ll care for it as well as you would. A HD video of your good arrival and appraisal will be provided, and a written condition report. All pieces are individually and carefully packaged and stored in our strong room.
