Within 24 hours we’ll provide an estimated loan amount. In rare cases, we may need a second opinion before offering a value. If this happens, we will notify you within 24 hours -
If you are happy with the estimated amount, drop into one of our stores with your handbag, or use one of our insured couriers to deliver the item straight to us.
We will send you a pre-paid and insured courier label, along with packaging materials so you can please send the parcel back to us for free of charge via a Royal Mail Post Office. For exceptionally high value items, a specialised courier will be sent to manually collect the items. This can be arranged separately. -
Once we receive your item, we’ll email you a unique receipt number as proof that we have the item.
Then our experienced team will carry out a full inspection to validate hallmarks or serial numbers, identify condition and confirm authenticity. This will take no more than 24 hours. -
Following our checks, we’ll notify you of the final loan amount and send you an agreement and repayment plan.
This agreement will be sent via email, and will require your signature. At this point if you do not want to proceed with the loan, we will return your item within 24 hours. - We will send the money directly to your account once we receive your signed loan agreement.
